ABOUT ME

I am a graduate student from the US who loves backpacking, traveling and goofing around with new folk. I am outgoing, friendly and very open to trying new things and meeting new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I get to travel for research conferences and try to stay a couple extra days whenever I can! I've had incredible experiences with couchsurfing in the past and love the opportunities it affords me to meet people with a similar love for sharing their space and experiences.

Interests

I love climbing things, reading, and cooking for big groups. I absolutely love exploring the outdoors: biking, kayaking, camping, etc. and I think there is no better way to connect with others than in the wilderness.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love everything Quentin Tarantino has made and I'm a huge Joss Whedon fan as well, but for nostalgia purposes I'd have to say my favorite movie is the Princess Bride. And my favorite books are the Game of Thrones series, anything by Kurt Vonnegut, and Etgar Keret's short stories.
