About Me

CURRENT MISSION

BEING. Dream and create a New World! Play, grow, heal, learn, sing, dance, love, connect, share, contemplate, express myself and sing my song... In a more practical way, I am now attending a 2 years program in biodynamic craniosacral therapy. I really enjoy studying this healing practice. Also, I am part of two music groups, one being a quartet of women improvising vocally, and the other being a group of a dozen woman singing world music and doing vocal improv. Another project I am part of is singing for prematured babies in hospital.

ABOUT ME
Rachel : I'm a dreamer, lover of life, enthusiastic and expressive, who like to laugh and sing. I really like to meet and connect with people. I've just settled down in the south of France, in a small village an hour south of Toulouse (fell in love with a French man and married him!) About my partner Eddyr : He is a healer, massage therapist (Traditional Chinese Medecine) and guitar player (flamenco mostly). He would like to have a garden to grow his food and continue to improve in chinese medecine.

PHILOSOPHY

Some powerful quotes...

"Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever" -Gandhi

"The more you are motivated by Love, The more Fearless & Free your action will be". - Dalai Lama

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We are born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others." -Marianne Williamson

Il n'y a pas d'avenir. Il n'y a que le flux éternel du présent. (There is no future...but only the eternal flow of the present moment).
