80s new wave, nu disco, Bowie, ACDC, animal collective, jazz, Cartola, I'm a sucker for the last Hozier album- singer/songwriter acoustics are my guilty pleasure. I love comedies, parks and rec, trailer parks boys, it's always sunny, the office is classic. I also like independent foreign films, I love magical realism and fantasy -the weetzie bat series, like water for chocolate, Harry Potter is forever in my heart, LOTR. I also really enjoyed Sula by Toni Morrison. Anything Francesca Lia Block has written tbh.
