my mission is to travel, my heart is in Ethiopia, my dream is to teach english in Addis Ababa and eventually one day build my own school/orphanage.

Ethiopia, Africa itself, Middle East, Australia, Canada, Hawaii... just some of my favorite places I've been to. i love music, reggae, Ethiopian music (Teddy Afro), worship music. i love to spend my time at the beach, being with my friends, going to church, traveling the globe, also love tattoos and the show, The Big Bang Theory :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After high school i took a year off before starting college to travel, backpacked through Europe with a couple of friends for a couple of months, loved it, it was the best time of my life up until then. I wasn't quite ready to go back to the states yet, so i signed up to live and work in Bahir Dar, Ethiopia for 6 months to work at an orphanage. it was some of the best and hardest moments of my life. I made great relationships, and had some heart break along the way, it was my story of loss and legacy. i continue to go back every year, eventually i will move there permanently working as an English teacher.
