ABOUT ME

Currently "Seoul Searching" in South Korea- my first teaching job and my first time living abroad. I finished my Bachelor's in 2010 - spent about a year figuring out what to do with myself and then found out about teaching English overseas. I hope to go back to school at some point- I just don't know where exactly or how afraid I am of student loans.

First time couch surfer. Hoping to share my couch with others, meet new people, and sleep on couches elsewhere.

Any kind of live music, muay thai, trying new foods, hand sewing (basic things like purses), exploring the outdoors, exploring in general

A few of my favorite movies are: Kill Bill (1 and 2), Braveheart, Pulp Fiction, Bridesmaids, Finding Nemo, Moulin Rouge

A few favorite books: The Arabian Nights, The Alchemist, Treasure Island

Music: I like a good chunk of genres- though I;m a little hazy on what is what. Sreetlight Manifesto, Slightly Stoopid, NOFX cheer me up most of the time as well as Otis Redding and Bill Withers. I listen to the Mars Volta, Sigur Ros, Mastodon and Isis to sleep. Then during the day it just depends on the mood. I love mixed cd's more than anything in the world!!!
