Hello!! I am an American, currently splitting time between Washington DC and New York City. I love traveling and building community all over the world - whether by sharing a meal, experiencing local art and music, dancing, or late-night conversations about shared interests (especially over a bottle of wine). I work in climate advocacy, and specially love connecting with like-minded folks, fostering solidarity and experiencing other ways of living that are more sustainable.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to travel in as many ways as possible. While I love meeting people from all over the world in hostels, I always feel like I miss out on interacting with locals. My favorite travel experiences have been staying with friends' families, host families, or couch surfing and just navigating how to live life day-to-day in another country or culture.
