ABOUT ME

RACHJACK stands for Rachel and Jackie. We are two college students who are currently studying in Lithuania as study abroad students. We have booked some flights to Stockholm, Budapest, Frankfurt, Paris, Dublin and London to occupy the month after our studies at LCC (in Klaipeda, Lithuania) are complete. We are both studying to become teachers. We are fun girls...slightly loud...easily entertained...and SO excited to travel!!

PHILOSOPHY

We enjoy life to the fullest!! We love Jesus and we love people!! We are easily entertained and enjoy turning bad situations into good things!

but seriously...we live our lives for God and love to spend our time hanging out with the people He created!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

This whole idea of couch surfing is really new to us. We are excited to meet new people and hopefully form many friendships that we may one day be able to return the favor and lend someone a couch for the night.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I wish I had a story to put here...but like I said above: this whole thing is very new to us.
...We have one now!!
We met the coolest people on our first couch surfing adventure!! Diana and Chris helped ease any nerves that we may have had when we decided to try couch surfing!! They were helpful and hilarious! They kept us entertained and made us feel at home!

Music, Movies, and Books

We are very chill and enjoy lots of music. Jackie would prefer not to have to listen to country.
We both love 80's movies and chick flicks.
We read a lot of text books right now, reading for fun doesn't happen too often though when it does we can both easily get lost in a good book all day!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We are studying in Lithuania right now...that's pretty crazy...most people in the US haven't ever heard of Lithuania or think it's in Africa. Don't worry world, we know Lithuania is in Eastern Europe!

Teach, Learn, Share

We love to bake. We do it quite often and we really enjoy baking for or with other people. Cakes are our specialties! =)
