Music, Movies, and Books

I love movies, any type of movies, as long as they evoke some sort of emotion. Epic fantasy (LotR), intense drama (Requiem for a Dream), existential curiosity (I Heart Huckabees), vicarious violence (House of 1,000 Corpses), etc, etc, etc.

Music, I run the gamut, but I guess I'm mostly into electronica and progressive rock/metal mostly. TOOL is my favorite band, I don't really have a favorite electronic artists, but love Prog Trance mostly...Oakenfold, Tiesto, PVD, et al.

Books...so many, currently reading The Alchemist and Joseph Campbell's Pathways to Bliss. I used to read tons of fantasy, LotR, Sword of Truth series, some of the Wheel of Time series (did anything end up actually happenenig? probably not!). Lot of Jung, Freud, Nietzche.

Books about Arizona, Canyoneering, hiking, backpacking, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Whitewater rafting in Brazil, Hiking Havasupai in the Grand Canyon.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm pretty good with computers, mostly database and Excel stuff. I'm into a lot of philosophy, spirituality, comparative religion (aka mythology). I've practiced several martial arts over my lifetime, I'm not an expert at any, but have a good overall understanding.
