About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to keep unravelling all the mysteries, stay full of pep, and share it all with my friends

ABOUT ME

so i'm 22, i've been a student my entire life, with 22 summers in between to stave off the crazy. i really really love Uni, i never want to leave, except to float around the world perhaps...

I study arts and law, but my degree is a bit strange so I've got a major in Visual Arts. It's a pretty weird combination and people always ask what I'm going to do with it, the answer is I don't know, and I think I like not knowing, that's why I like stationary stores as well, the anticipation of potential !!!

so I love art, I spend a lot of my time traveling in art spaces or on the streets in search of whatever decides to exist outside the system... and of course, I'm pretty interested in legal stuff, how the law operates in society (yours perhaps), and how it shapes our relationships, its potential for good and bad.

I work for a human rights organisation at home, presenting a weekly radio show as well. I think that probably is a good indicator of how much I like to talk, but only when it's a conversation between people who are interesting in learning from each other... :)

I love cities, walking, biking, running through them, watching the people, breathing it all in. what else? I love dogs dearly, cats are pretty cute as well but they make me sneeze. What else? I'm some type of crazy, everyone is I suppose, and I love to dance, and party and stay up late for no reason except that you can do anything in this life, so why not?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

pretty keen on the potential of this site to create a network of people outside the mainstream business of youth hostels and hotels. I'm so keen on hosting when I get home that I can barely contain my excitement, I absolutely love making new friends, collaborating with them on fun stuff, what could be better?

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well I've definitely slept on quite a few, comfy and not, indoors, outdoors, the best was probably the couch i fell asleep on with a dear friend, in the middle of the bush after the last band played at our favourite festival in the world.

Interests

drawing, listening, talking, making things, capsicum, asparagus, tahini, rose flavoured turkish delight, soughdough bread, eating, walking about, riding my bike, staring up at the sky, taking trains, cooking and eating, snuggling under a doona, art, listening to the answer to the question "Hi, how's it going?", thinking, enjoying my new found love for coffee, writing long ridiculous lists :)
