About Me
Hello, my name is Radia, I am a girl with Spanish nationality but of Moroccan origin. I am 23 years old I have lived 18 years in Spain. I have lived in Melilla for 15 years, and now I live in Granada, where I study.
I am a university girl, I am studying a degree called Arabic and Islamic Studies. Besides the race I am studying Arabic and English in several courses.
In my degree I have been able to learn Arabic culture, history and literature.
For Allergic People: Sometimes I can have dogs and I have a cat.
Sometimes I will not be able to spend time with my coushsurfers because I have to study or work.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
This page has great potential to connect travelers from all corners of the world, who share the desire to live fuller experiences. I would like to meet people from other countries, learn or improve certain languages and discover new cultures.
For now I'm not interested in traveling, just to receive people and meet them. But when I finish my university career I will be interested in traveling and I would like to have friends outside of Spain.

Music, Movies, and Books
In addition to American commercial music, I really like Arabic music, both Moroccan and Egyptian. I'm also a fan of bollywood music. I download the oppenings of their favorite anime and listen to music from different languages that I do not understand but I like.
I am a lover of psychological horror movies, I have seen so many that I could not decide, but I am sure that I have left nothing to see. As for books, the same thing happens to me, I read many and I do not think I can say just a few titles. Right now I can not focus on reading books for pleasure, all the books I read are to complete works of the race.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
This summer I participated in a television cooking program for the Arab countries. The program was filmed in several towns in Granada. During the program I had to speak continuously in Arabic or even translate from Spanish to Arabic.
I went with my couchsurfers to Córdoba to visit the mosque-cathedral and we came back to Granada to visit the Alhambra in the same day.
I made a tour in north Morocco in 10 days.
I made a tour from north to south in Tunisia and I slept one night in the dessert.
Teach, Learn, Share
I think I have the ability to teach Spanish and Arabic. Also cook Moroccan and Spanish dishes. On the other hand I would like to improve my English and tunisian and egyptian dialects.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I always bring a gift to my host (wine or typical food from Granada or Morocco, tea or decoration). I usually invite my host to eat with me outside and do sightseeig. I can also cook Moroccan or Spanish meals and have a good dinner or lunch while we are talking about our life and experience.
