Overview
About Me
So here´s my funny story in one sentence: born and raised in Moscow, Russia; wanted to become a juge and aged 21 accomplished a criminal law degree; left all it behing and moved to Montreal, Canada; my entire life is dedicated to arts now.
I am a friendly and easy person, passionate about arts, music and nature but curious about pretty much everything and never bored.
PHILOSOPHY
You got what you want.
You are responsible for everything that happens with you.
You always can make it better.
But don't take life too serious ;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I won't be any original - because it is a great way have an authentic travelling experience by exchanging and connecting with local people. Also, because I'm strongly interested in non-monetary relationships and human exchange, which seems particulary important to me in terms of us living in the post-capitalist world.
I couchsurfed and hosted before, it's so much fun. (mostly with friends getting by with their accounts, which is why ain´t got any feedbacks at this page)
Interests
Visual arts are my profession, but I am also very interested in literature, cinema, music, every forms of art, really.
I make prints, create books (with images and no text) and draw animations.
I used to do tattoos both henna and real ones - yes with a real tattoo gun! ;)
I am also a passionate dancer actively involved in Montreal swing dance community (I dance with a lindy hop troup as well).
I also play a little bit of piano, melodica, and looove singing
But besides arts, I'am always down to have conversations about how-the-world-works, psychology, philosophy, politics, cultures, etc.
