ABOUT ME

Some would describe me as an academic, others may say I'm a quirky, comical extrovert. I enjoy a wide variety of activities and have been known to brew beer, play basketball and go berry picking all in the same day. I love traveling and have severe wanderlust and would enjoy nothing more than kicking it with nomads in Central Asia.

I'm a wilderness junkie and love to go hiking and trekking.

Recently I've developed into quite the foodie. I spend far more time than I should pouring over books of archaic cooking methods and attempting to find the best place to sit down and enjoy a quality meal.

Artists - Kocani Orkestrar, Taraf de Haidouks, Spiritualized, Sonic Youth, Sonny Rollins, Coltrane, etc

Movies - again pretty much anything, depends on my mood. I have a penchant for cheesy action movies but also enjoy intellectually stimulating pictures in motion. JCVD, The Fountain, 8 1/2, Blowup etc

Books - too tough, but shortly Pilgrim, Master and Margarita, philosophy, history, politics, anything attempting to view things through alternate frameworks, too many to list really.
