I was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia and hadn't left the country for eighteen years - until being accepted into Yale-NUS College, a new liberal arts college in Singapore that has given me the opportunity to travel across so much of the world. I'm majoring in Psychology with a passion for writing and art. I am also a huge sports fans, and love being amongst crowds at sporting events and being a part of the action. I play basketball in college and enjoy staying fit!

Living abroad has forced me to be independent and welcome the company of local people wherever I go. I hate the idea of being a tourist and do my best to contribute to the communities I go to, whether this is through making sincere friendships with the people I meet, working, or learning about the culture. I think Couchsurfing is the perfect platform to share stories about my life and the world I bring to a place, as well as engage with people who know a place best. I look forward to building lasting relationships with the people I meet wherever they are in the world.
