I've just come home to America after having lived in South Korea for 4 years, teaching English to elementary students.

My life and mindset has shifted considerably recently and I'm experiencing a season of change and reconnection.

I am traveling around America to visit old friends and family. Concurrently, I am preparing for a research trip to Central / South America in November to learn about traditional healing plant medicine.
I wish to bring back to the U.S. the importance of Nature and ritual to help us heal from the onslaught of traumas we've accumulated over time.

I've recently just completed the Frances route of the Camino de Santiago, a pilgrimage in Spain.
I started in the Pyrenees mountains of France, then I spent 1.2 months walking 900 km across the top portion of Spain to reach the Atlantic Ocean.
It has been the most healing, impactful, and simply magical event I've ever experienced.
