CURRENT MISSION

To make friends around the world and to laugh as much as possible. Unfortunately, my roommates have recently decided that they do not like the idea of CS, so I can no longer host. However, I do enjoy a good meetup for coffee, drinks, or other adventures. I hope to hear from you soon.

ABOUT ME

I am relaxed, happy, and I love to travel. I am originally from San Francisco, but have lived all over the world.

I am adventurous. I enjoy trying new things and being social- so let's do something together!

My most recent travel was through China and Indonesia. My goal is to go to all 50 states and all continents. I like the cultural exchange and friendship opportunities of Couch Surfing. I've met so many people who are full of life and have inspired me to travel places I never before considered.

I'm currently not able to host- I'm traveling. I'm always happy to link up with nearby travelers.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to surf and I think it's only fair to host in return! I love this community and the people in it. Going to CS bar hops and game nights are always a good time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I backpacked through Europe, the States, New Zealand, Australia, and Canadaland. There are so many wonderful hosts and I have walked away with friends in almost every country I've ever traveled to. Couch Surfing is more than a social network, it's an example of consideration, toleration, and international relations. I've been lucky to see some of my couch surfing friends more than once!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-completed a dance marathon (dance for 26 hours!)
-hiked though the jungle, pet a giant beatle, and ziplined in Costa Rica
-have been to 36 out of 50 states (and working on the rest)
-went to the Vancouver Olympics!
-trekked through Giant's Causeway
-topped of the Empire State building 3 times
-biked through Montreal
-attended Sundance in 2010
-rode in a helicopter in the northland of NZ
-bungee jumped off the Harbor Bridge in NZ
-walked through a herd of cows in the sand in NZ
-jumped out of a plane, tasted a cloud, grabbed the hands of another diver during free fall, and spun around in circles on the way down in Sydney, Australia
-scuba certified in Sydney and Koh Tao, Thailand
-flying trapeze acrobatics in Sydney
-dived with sharks in Fiji

Cypriots drive on the left side of the road.

Try ginger syrup in your beer while in Poland.

There are no bears in New Zealand. And they call sandles "jandles" and swimsuits "togs."

While in Scandinavia, order kebab pizza or African pizza. Delicious! Sad I haven't found it anywhere else.
