About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Experiences are an investment. :) Cheers to saying more yes's than no's.
ABOUT ME
Describing yourself is always tricky lol. :)
My life motto is big things come in small packages like me! Haha! I like to be optimistic about a lot of things, and I believe that's what will get you going. I work hard and reward myself by doing the things I love (like traveling!). Spontaneous, friendly, cheerful! An ear to listen and a mouth to share. That's me!
PHILOSOPHY
Just go with it, the best things in life are those you do without hesitation. Enjoy the good, suck in the bad, live happy! :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Still a newbie, but definitely willing to give what I can give and learn what I can learn.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Had an AMAZING first couchsurfing experience in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with Lee!! Had the opportunity to host him as well when he came to Manila. I was not able to find a host in Bangkok, but I had so much fun when I met up with fellow CS-ers (Im, Johann, Antony, etc.). They all made the trip very memorable. I attend events and parties once in a while to my fellow Filipino CS-ers. Should attend more and be more active though!
Interests
Films, reading, a bit of writing (I think my grammar sucks though haha!), dancing hip hop (I used to be a dancer!), getting to discover new places (whether it be through traveling or just a new hang out place on the other street), going out, chatting with friends, advocacy projects, daydreaming

Music, Movies, and Books
MOVIES
I love horror movies and films from different countries. Some of my faves:
Amelie (France)
The Orphanage (Spain)
500 Days of Summer, Social Network, Memento, Up (USA)
The Descent (UK)
The Forbidden Door (Indonesia)
100 (Philippines)
Spirited Away (Japan)
MUSIC
Anything goes really! EDM has been on top of my playist these days. Love Clarity (Zedd) and Titanium (Guetta)!
BOOKS
I'm more into short story collections than full blown novels. Authors I like: Haruki Murakami, Chuck Palahniuk, Neil Gaiman, Mark Haddon, etc.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
1) My first couch surfing experience in KL.
2) Seeing snow for the first time in Japan.
3) Climbing my first mountain ever! Mt. Maculot.
4) Spelunking in Sagada!
5) Seeing the Twelve Apostles at Great Ocean Road, Australia.
6) Running after a train (with the help of a motorbike) when I got left by in Hualamphong, Bangkok
7) Ko Phi Phi = amazing
There is still so much to see. I'd like to think there's an amazing thing in every amazing place.
Teach, Learn, Share
I come from the advertising world and I'd like to share what I know given an insider perspective. But I'd also like to think I can share on other aspects such as movies, traveling, and well life in general.
