Depend how you look at life, a small thing or a big one can be amazing!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share my travel experiences, cookng skills, archiecture tips and learn what the guests/hosts would like to share.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share with the hosts and guest a nice meal (if i can use the kitchen when guest) and depending on the country a good wine or beer and of course, share experiences.
If im hosting, i can provide also bed covers, blankets, shower towels and stuff (shampoo, liquid soap...)
I can maybe pick them up at the station, have a walking around, go to a nice (turistic or not) place.. This things will depend on my avaliable time at the moment.
