Hi Couchsurfers!
My name Rafael, I'm 24 years old and I grew up in a inner city of São Paulo - Brazil, what a place by the way. My life kinda changed this year when I came to Europe to study.

Currently I'm living and studying in Portugal, but in Brazil I graduated in Chemistry and taught classes for a while. Since childhood I was fascinated by science and the sky, and with the chemistry course I became able (or not) to understand the basic principles of how the world works. But the magical thing is learning something new every day.

I love listening to music and I like to play guitar and another instruments to relax and enjoy the moment with fiends. I'm also fascinated by fermentation, I love making sourdough bread and enjoying beers and wines.

After many years of studying, I decided that was a time to travel, meet new places and people to discover in practice how the different faces of the world look like. And to the surprise of zero people, I'm loving it. Of course, meet new amazing people makes anyplace and anything better.

I like so many kinds of music, at moment I've listening some indie, hard rock, mpb, hip hop and classic music.

I was in brussels in may to see my favorite band (Peach Pit) concert and it was amazing!!!!! I can't wait for the next one.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I participated in two projects with the objective of helping the elderly community in Londrina, the city in Brazil where I lived. One of them was focused on teaching seniors how to use their cell phones and computers. And the other was focused on teaching another group of elderly the production of soap and derivatives for domestic use.
