Hi I'm Rafa. I was born in the south of Brazil. A little bit different from the main view of my country. Here we have even snow!
I graduated as a doctor and specialized in comunitary and family medicine (as we call in Brazil, known as family doctor elsewhere). I'm now going to a trip following my heart, I felt that I had to experience different things beyond medicine so I quit my job and dicided to go to Europe. I have a Luxembourgish nationality and this could help traveling in EU.
I'm very passionate in yôga and trekking. These two thing help me to connect with different people and expande my social network, which I like very much.
For me, planetary health is an important mission so I'm always trying to reduce single use plastic and dicided to have a plant based diet. I'm a nature lover and like to spend time outside enjoying it.

I reached the top of Roraima mountain (the one from UP), I visited the pyramids of Egypt as I always wished in my childhood.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I offer my abilities on cooking, gardening. I'm a certified yôga teacher and can offer classes. I can help you with some health issues and I focus on non pharmacological aprouch. I can do massages, auriculotherapy (seeds on the ear) and acupuncture. I'm a very extrovert person so I like to dance and go to party. I'm studying circular dance and cacau cerimony and we could experience it together or with a group.
