ABOUT ME
I am a person that changed gears from the corporate to the education world and I am so happy for having done so. After running a language academy for eight years, I'm moving on to another educational project, this time it's with street children in Rwanda. I hope this a life-changing experience for the good. I'm a bit scared, but excited and ready for it too.
I like writing, love music and enjoy so much going to concerts. I also like to practice sports (running, mountain biking), having good conversations with a good beer, going to the cinema yes! Searching for something deeper, but never forget to live intensely and have fun along the way.
PHILOSOPHY
I don't know that I have one. Lead by example and always keep searching.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I enjoy learning stuff and I enjoy discovering interesting people, who help me keep an open heart and soul.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My experience is mainly as a host in Madrid. I have always tried to make couchsurfers feel at home. I have really great memories of most of them and hosting couchsurfers has definitely been a highlight in my eight years living in the city centre.
Interests
i like mountain biking, running, good beer and wine and even cheese, but i can eat almost anything, good live music (dying to go to a good summer festival, but this is the second year in a row i am saying this) like warm weather, the beach, spending a good time with my friends, well there are more things but i have to stop somewhere, cinema, cocido madrileño, farting, bla, bla....

Music, Movies, and Books
Big Lebowsky and 2001 are two masterpieces of cinema, but I can also enjoy Die Hard or School of Rock, and European cinema is also good, Airbag (Spain), Emmas Gluck (Germany), I, Daniel Blake (UK), Le Grand Bleu (France)
Currently reading Ken Follet's century trilogy, enjoyed a lot "The Slap" or Middlesex by Jeffrey Eugenides. More recently I climbed kind of a Mt Everest reading Victor Hugo's "Les Miserables", moving on to "Wurthering Heights", with lots of African authors around the corner.
Sublime, Bob Marley, QOTSA, Miles & Coltrane and all that jazz, Erol Alkan, Femina and many more, like a lot music in general.

Teach, Learn, Share
I love being around people from different countries, we have so much in common, but are so different, but have so many things in common...
What I Can Share with Hosts
Tea. Not bad at preparing a "Tortilla española" or "paella". You don't know what it is? Google it!
Good vibes and conversation.
