Overview
About Me
I am a Brazilian girl currently living and studying in Los Angeles. I grew up in a small town in the city of Sao Paulo, and I always felt there was so much more in this world to be seen and experienced. Thankfully, my parents showed me the joy of traveling very early, and that became my first addiction (the second is sugar, unfortunately).
At the age of 18, I left home and went to college, to live in Bauru. There I received two exchange students, one from Sevilla and the other from Helsinki. They were my roomates for over a year. It was my first international experience like that.
When I was on my senior year I went to live in Mexico City for six months for an academic exchange program. It was amazing, I loved every minute of it. And, from that moment on, I knew that I didn´t want to travel only as a tourist, I wanted to make the experience of traveling a transformation journey, and to explored deeply what the amazing places and people out there have to offer.
To add to that.
I am funny and calm, I get along super well, and I love listening to stories. I am a little bit clumsy and sometimes I daydream a lot, and because of that my friends invented a verb using my name to every time they don't get a joke, they bump into something or something like that. (I don't feel bullied don't worry, I think it is cute =) )
Also:
I care for the minorities, I am a feminist and I don't tolerate homophobia.
I guess this is it.
Feel free to ask me anything too.

My Mantra: THANK YOU UNIVERSE! <3
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I always loved the idea behind CS: you get to meet people from all over the word and at the same time you help each other out by saving some money, that you can later use to explore more and more. Unfortunately, nowadays I live in a dorm so very rarely I receive people because of the limited space, but I hope to change that soon.
