About Me

Hi! I am a very outgoing and social person with a love for meaningful conversation. I enjoy experiencing different cultures and identifying the differences between them.

By meaningful conversation, I tend to mean philosophical, ethical, political, and other discussions most of the times; but I don´t intend to be a know it all when it comes to any topics. I love to learn about new topics and expand my knowledge, I am very open.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to change people and people to change me through the experience of meeting and interacting. For me, that is the only real way to progress and develop as persons, and Couchsurfing seems to be the ideal platform to do so.

Interests

Music, Philosophy, Travel, Life, meeting poeple, doing new things, partying, reading, economics, learning, having interesting talks, and overall, having a good time! (As subjective as that might be).

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to different styles of music, but I generally flow between Jazz, Classical, Techno, and House. To mention a few I can say Miles Davis, Wayne Shorter, Shostakovich, Ligetti, Massimiliano Pagliara, Prince of Denmark, and many more!

I tend to prefer artsy movies than standard movies, but in the end something that shows effort in the making is something that i can appreciate.

Recently I have been reading Paul Bowl's autobiography, I love philosophy so I have read books and parts of books of authors like Kant, Hegel, Heidegger, Kierkegaard, and others. When it comes to novel I love beat authors, notably William Burroughs.

I can cut it short that I like any kind of art that has what I call "artistic integrity", an effort to push to something new that is for the purpose of the art itself.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Constalty hoping between Germany, Mexico, and the US. This has been so enriching in terms of cultural comparison and appropriation.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach how to play guitar, I could try to teach English or Spanish, though I have never done this. I would love to learn any different language, or a new skill.

I can teach you the basics in derivative trading, and I can also share my good mood!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook quite well, and I can also show some very nice music of different styles and have a nice chat.
