About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Exploring as much as possible of USA and interacting with peoples of different kinds.

ABOUT ME

I am a Fulbright scholar in the USA trying to explore everything that this country has to offer me. I am doing a Masters in International Studies with focus on South Asia and Central Asia from University of Washington.

PHILOSOPHY

I have a simple philosophy of having a good time, making others happy, laughing out, cracking jokes, and having a good time. Otherwise life can be too serious. Life's seriousness should be appreciated, yet humor is the best way to get out of it. Also traveling a great way to self-discover, as well as know so much you have common with other people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can participate by introducing people to the culture of South Asia and Central Asia. I am an International Studies student, so inter-cultural mingling is my favorite topic in this whole world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have done couchsurfing in New Orleans before with a bunch of friends that I had made in New Orleans. It was a great experience, as I got to see New Orleans from a local's perspective.

Inception, 12 Angry Men, Casablanca, Slum dog Millionaire, City of God, Fight Club, random foreign films

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have survived two very dangerous Earthquakes in life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have been exposed to the culture of South Asia (in particular India and Pakistan), as well as Central Asia. I can teach about different cultures and places that most people have only heard about and never been to in their life. In my turn I would love to learn more about local cultures, thinking and ways of life.
