I am a Nutrition and Dietetics student at Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia. I love cooking and outdoor activities. I also enjoy travelling and engaging with people from all over the world, learning about their culture and their view on life. I see healthiness as a more holistic concept than just being physically fit. It is a mind, body and soul wellbeing, one can't function properly without the others. Nutrition is a way to balance three aspects, and I would like to help others heal by applying this principle. Nutrition is medicine for me :) but I am also a MAJOR foodie. I love trying new cuisines and different types of food from all over the world.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I am an international student, so I am trying to enjoy as much as I can while being in this side of the world. I am on couch surfing because I think there is no better way to learn and get to know a place than travelling like a local. Having the opportunity to stay with a local is a priceless and unique experience.

I hear lots of different types of music depending on the time and mood. I love reading books, one of my favorite authors is Gabriel Garcia Marquez. I also enjoy watching different genres, but my least favorite movies are american comedies.

One of the best things I've done in my life is having to the courage to move to the other side of the world (Australia) to study what I love (nutrition and dietetics).

I can share my stories, I can cook really yummy dishes (because I am peruvian and our cuisine is THE BEST!) and, most of all, I can would love to have a good conversation that can become a good memory and a two way learning experience :). Cleanliness and respectfulness is always implicit.
