Overview
About Me
I was born in Nepal, moved to Virginia, then to California, and now I live in Denmark.
People often ask me why I moved away from America. My answer is that, after living there for a while, my perspective of the world began to shrink. I was stuck thinking about my small, small world in LA, so took a big step away and moved to Europe.
I am studying a Master's in game design in Copenhagen.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have never met anyone from this app, but a few times in my life, strangers have invited me into their home for a few nights, and I have had some really excellent hosts. I know what kind of guest I like to be. And from being a host, I know the kind of joy of sharing your home, food, company, and stories with a good guest.
I am curious about what kind of experience I could have with someone I meet on this app. I do not have any expectations, but I do have enthusiasm... I am excited about the idea, and I really want to try it out!

Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to write code... especially if you've never done it before but you're curious about how it works.
I would love to learn an instrument from someone this summer, or sing with someone who plays an instrument.
What I Can Share with Hosts
If you can offer me a place to stay, I can offer you a great time, some good stories, wisdom and insight on various topics.... I am a great listener and a good problem solver. And a decent cook! I could cook you a traditional Nepali meal, or make you some momo (Nepali dumplings) which are my favorite food in the whole world!
