This is my first time on couchsurfing.

I've been told that the world is bad place full of bad people. I'm simply putting it to the test.

I'm on a journey of a lifetime. Starting from Chandigarh, I'm going towards the sourthern most part of India and back over a period of a 365 days starting on 01.01.2019. I'm telling a story and capturing it on video. I'm looking forward to an adventure, furthering into unexplored territories and experience, hoping to find myself and more. The best part about leaving home, out on an adventure is getting to meet people from different walks of life and getting a chance of experiencing it with them through their eyes.

I completed my B.A.LLB(hons) in 2016 and started practicing in the High Court at Chandigarh.
I quit practicing after a year realizing that I want more life than what the profession has to offer me.
So I started on a journey to finding new experiences and exploring possibilities.

I am currently on a journey into uncertainty, mystery, exploration and I am loving it.

I'm living off the adventure and thrill of it all, practicing minimalism as much as I can, making videos and letting the world in on what I see.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The best part about hitting the road is meeting new people, gaining new perspectives, listening to stories of people living in different places and different circumstances.

I'm hopeful for great conversations, memories, friendships and prospective integral parts of this journey called life.

Interests

I'm interested in almost everything. No. Not accounts. Or much of mathematics.
But arts! Music? Movies? Books? Learning a New Language! Hearing a fine story?

I have tried my hands at music production, cooking and setting up a health food kitchen, helping people get fit through eating right, mindfully and physical movement, video production, Beatboxing, dancing, singing(probably not so great at that), learning an instrument, etc. I'm up for a good time and the world is full of fascinating things.

Music, Movies, and Books

I thrive on music. I listen to a variety of genres and I cannot say that I explicitly dislike a genre. From Ludovico to Led Zepplin to A Tribe Called Quest to Sidhu Moosewala and Atif Aslam, I love it all. I dig techno, deep and progressive house. I also had a Electro House phase but I think I'm over that.

When I'm at the gym, I find myself going to The Disturbed, Rammstein, AC/DC, Rap and sometimes mellow stuff as well.

Music has emotion and emotion gives us energy. The right vibe for the right moment.

Movies:
A good thriller always packs a punch. Sci Fi also gets me going quite a lot.
Ratatouille is an all time favorite.

Not much for TV shows because I tend to binge watch and that's not great. I need to learn to exercise higher self control in that aspect 😅

Books:
I don't read as much as I want to.
I used to read a lot as a lid.
Harry Potter, Goosebumps, Dracula by Bram Stoker, Ken Follit, and many more.

Recently read Metamorphosis by Kafka.
One of my recent favorites are The Old Man and the Sea and Tuesday's with Morrie

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Decided to pursue a life propelled by passion and excitement. Of having experiences and not just going through the movements daily.

Enthusiastic learner and a patient teacher (I think).
