我做过的一件不可思议的事情

A 10-day confinement in a place that forbids me to talk read or write. I could not pray, chant or count me beads. even mention sex, drinks or cigarettes. Worst of all, I had to spend 10 hours a day, without moving for an hour at a stretch, watching my breath and experiencing body sensations.
....It was one of the best experiences in my life
