Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Earlier I used to book my trips through travel agencies. I find their schedules too tight and number of spots/locations is quite limited. The cost is also pretty high.
Now I have decided to plan my own trips and with CS i can stay with the locals and may be understand the culture and know the place better, as well as more opportunities to explore. Finance and budget are also important factors here.
