Hello people!!

My name is Rahul and am in the most happening phase of my life (yet!)

I'm from India and have lived the east, west, south and north of the country. Life has been good to me so far and now I'm travelling across Europe. Although, I've been sent here for an assignment, I believe in making the most of any situation that you are in and hence the travelling.

I have always been passionate about meeting new people and sharing experiences and CS is helping me do just that.

As for my interests, I'm a foodie and not only do I love to eat but also love to cook for myself and others. Of course, my cooking is restricted to vegan food but trust me, if you're from India and have learnt cooking, it can kick ass!! :)

I'm also a huge movie buff and follow soccer/football (am a Gooner, FYI) but I think I need to learn and know more on that front.

An avid reader, I'm have made a habit of reading something new on Quora everyday and I think it has helped me see things in a different light. You should try it out too!

I am easy going, like to laugh and can be funny (intentionally and unintentionally). Am still looking for that one thing that I'd die for and hoping to find in this wonderful journey called life.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I recently discovered Couchsurfing as a means to meet new people and also travel to relatively undiscovered places. Mind you, this is also a very good tool for travelling cheap so I do not mind extending help or asking for it.

I am in Europe for a short while and wish to travel as much as I can.
