One amazing thing I have seen- my own journey of life..have experienced alot and I learned from it..evolved..life is like a rollercoaster..it speeds up and it slow down..it goes up and it goes down..sometimes going straight and sometimes hanging on the edge..sometimes you enjoy it and sometimes you don't..but you gotta hang in there..that's Life🙃🕉️ #gratitude

Completing my Vipassana and Living as a monk for months after my Yoga-Vedanta studies was a wonderful experience.
