I am 27 years old, born and raised in Galway, Ireland. In 2013, I graduated from university in Ireland with a degree in Social Studies and decided that I wanted to take a year out, grow as a person, see new places and try new things. That year wasn't enough for me so I decided to take another year out. For 9 months in 2015 I lived and worked in Kokkola, Finland; an impulsive decision but one I do not regret at all.

The world has so many things, sights and people to offer us, so I want to travel and see as much of it as I can.

I am currently living and working in Galway. I returned in late 2015 from Finland where I was a volunteer for 9 months. While there, I travelled quite a bit, have continued since I came back and I want to continue even more. I have since traveled for a few months in Spain, Georgia, Iceland... lots of Europe! and spent 9 months traveling Canada in 2019! During my travels, I would like to meet new people and I believe Couchsurfing will enable me to meet some amazing people.

I like music, art, photography, traveling, being outside, seeing new places, meeting new people, trying new experiences. I find people very interesting and love listening to others tell me their story.

I listen to many different kinds of music and love learning about new artists and bands. I will always like something with a nice guitar rhythm or drum beat, especially a bit more acoustic.

I tend to prefer animated movies, but I also love movies that make me think and draw me in. I will watch anything except maybe loads of soppy romantic movies.

Summer 2014, I worked for two months as an Art Relief Volunteer in Chiang Mai, northern Thailand. It was an amazing experience and I did so many things from working with amazing people, to seeing elephants, to bungee jumping.
