About Me
I'm going to go everywhere, just to make sure it's really there. I love the thrill of putting my feet on a place they've never been before.
During and after college I was part of a housing collective for a couple of years where other members were on couchsurfing, though I have not been part of the website myself until now. I had a lot of fun helping to host travelers and got to know some interesting people, and love the whole idea.
In school I studied and loved anthropology, world history, and philosophy. Raised UU. I have a never-ending curiousity about everything that is, how it works, and how it is connected to and influenced by everything else. Learning how to understand and limit my own biases so I can better see the world.
After I finished, I decided that I would be happiest doing work where I could use my hands and move my body. For the past couple of years I've been a cook and prep cook, which I love everything about.
I'm currently based in Vermont, but I'm getting ready to travel and settle somewhere warmer by the time winter hits. I haven't decided exactly where yet, though there are a lot of places I am interested in. I love to meet new people, and hopefully I will meet plenty of interesting ones along the way!
