About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I´m studying Anthropology for an unusual reason. I have a dream where humans will be cooperative part of our planet, where society will stop being the nature´s enemy, but the friend. I wanna understand this fascinating, bizarre thing called "people"

ABOUT ME

He interrupts. He never agrees. He´s always flexible. He´s fun.

PHILOSOPHY

I have an obsession for being open-minded; I make a big effort to accept and love every living expression on earth. But there are a couple of things which I found uncorruptable, and I fight for them on my own way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I´m very happy doing this. :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Never couch-surfed before. But when I was travelling on East-European countries I frequently was hosted by people I never met before, and not even knowing each other from a website or anything related, just met them on the station, street, a bar,... and suddenly being friends and staying over a couple of nights.

Interests

Art. Languages. Trying to get my mind to other level.
Sharing time with living beings; any kind.

Music, Movies, and Books

"La Rayuela" from Julio Cortázar changed my life.
Movies; where to begin..."The unbearable lightness of being", "Before sunset", "The whales´ legend",..
Music; Gogol Bordello, The Knife, Mago de Oz, Heroes del Silencio, Gypsy style,...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My travels:
When I was very young I decided I wanted to feel how was it to be poor, so off I went to the country side, to a extreme-poverty area to work for food and home, to live under the sun while working the field, to have very little food and to learn about other peoples problems. Then I lived on an untouched-by-babylon island with some fishers for a while, and then the year travelling around Europe. Specially on winter, when I crossed backpacking from scandinavia to former yugoslavia just to find a girl again. For anthropological fieldwork I have been in so many places in Mexico I can´t even remember all.

Teach, Learn, Share

I´m an anthropologist focused on social-environmental relationships.
I know some photography, plant´s care-taking, history and structure of languages, i am a terrific story teller, painting, poem and short-story writter,....
