About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To make it over the finish line and start again

ABOUT ME

And off I went....Down-under/Oz,NZ,Japan,Thailand

4 years and many adventures followed....and followed.....

I learned to enjoy the beauty of life the present moment and the people in it everyday.

And now somehow Im back home again. But its completely fine because Im off to university in the Scottish highlands soon...unless any adventures come in the way :D

....2.5 years later

I am being sent on a project for the second semester of my third year in Aberdeen University on behalf of the British Council to teach English in Walloon, Belgium.
I guess this is the time to start speaking French !!! :) Bon courage!

PHILOSOPHY

I heard an Bhutanese saying once:
"On every journey you die once, because the person returns wont be the same who left."

This idea is to my liking a and I can vouch for its accuracy knowing that in this context I have died on my journeys too many times to remember.

And in that same spirit I belive that our world is not a fixed, rigid place with absolute rules and laws, good and evil. But a place of infinite possibilities and we just have to open our mind to them to experience it.

There is no right or wrong way to go about it just your own way!
In the end it only your life...use it

.....wow

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am more than happy to offer a couch... hosting surfers is a great idea just like traveling but without moving around so much :)
Anyway I have learned that its the people that make a certain place great..most of the time

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Its been great, surfing has been a blast..meeting many interesting...sorry I meant AMAZING people and discovering new places!

I remember this one time in Kyoto Japan this guy Shoji Ishizu - a true legend in his own might had a whole seperate house for couch surfers, there was about 8-10 of us straying ther it was amazing. Such kindness had a deep impact on me :) obviously :)

Interests

Learning about music instruments, trying to learn rythm :D, longboarding, snowboarding, surfing, any other kind of boarding :), meeting nice people, meeting somebody who can teach me to dance (probably not easy), discussing world issues, politics, economics, ideologies (all the sensitive stuff!), cycling, tuning up old bicycles, going on walkabouts, hiking, finding new people and opinions, learning new things.
