ABOUT ME

I have a sense of humor, I love to laugh, and I love good conversation. I can carry on a conversation for hours. I am a total film geek into art-house, foreign, and classic film, as well as theater. I love the movies of Ingmar Bergman, and Akira Kurosawa, and the plays of William Shakespeare and Tennessee Williams. I am an adventurer and nature lover always up for a new experience. I love people, and I am an optimist. Health and well-being are incredibly important to me. My dreams are to be a global traveler. So far, I am living my dreams.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed couches in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on my Southeast Asia trip. I have also surfed in Sydney and Melbourne, Prague, and the UK! So far universally wonderful experiences.

I am a native English speaker, and a basic Spanish speaker who would love to chat with anyone looking to advance their skills in those languages in exchange for teaching me some of their own language. I am especially interested in learning Mandarin at which I am a beginner, and looking to improve. I also have many stories to tell, all you have to do is ask.
