Why I’m on Couchsurfing

People are wonderful, especially those people who let other people sleep on their floor/sofa/spare bed.

Interests

I'm a keen sportsman and I like playing racquet sports (badminton, tennis, squash) as well as being an occassional reluctant runner and happy cycle tourer. I've dabbled a bit in mountain biking, rock climbing, hiking.

I enjoy cooking and recently realised a long held dream to sell dal (indian lentil curry). I thought I would make some money doing this but it was not nearly as easy as I expected.

Chai:

(serves 4)
Boil up 250 ml water.
Add: 4 cardomom pods, 1 stick of cinammon, a few cloves.
Simmer for ~10 mins.

add 250 ml milk, bring back to boil.
add (2) tea bags/loose black tea and simmer for 2 minutes.
add sugar
