ABOUT ME

I am a fun-loving, nice human being. My friends describe me as a genuine, trustworthy and kind human being, who is compassionate and always willing to help. I am an intuitive person and always try to deeply understand people around me, events that are occuring in the world or places that I visit. The world is such a fascinating place and there are so many interesting things to do and places to see, that one lifetimes seems to be too short. I have done reasonably well for myself in my career and am always driven by the burning desire to always work towards improvement of self both as a human-being and professional. I believe that self-discovery and self-awareness is a continuous lifetime process and that learning has to go on till the day we die. I believe that there is a learning opportunity in everything and everyone in life and I always try to seek out learnings for myself.

PHILOSOPHY

Live life fully and try to create value in the society around you. Always be true to yourself and to others. Be kind. Try to find the best and most positive aspects out of everything and everyone around you, whether it is people, religions, cultures or countries. Be yourself and try to live in the present, without any chains of the past or worries of the future (although its difficult for me to achieve). Kindness & compassion is the best religion. I believe in always sticking to and stand by your values and to what you think is right, at all costs (even if it means, letting go of something or someone or something that may be valuable in life

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have had limited experience using Couchsurfing yet. But I have heard a lot of good things about it and I am eager to try it out. Couchsurfing is a very interesting concept and I think it can be a great idea trying to explore new cultures, countries and people, which is one of my passions and at the same time make some good, new friends, if there is a chance

Interests

Traveling and trekking. Exploring new cultures, cities and countries. Meeting with and understanding the psychology and cultures of people around the world. Understanding the heritage and history of different countries and cultures around the world. Making new friends. Trying new, exotic local cuisines (I am quite a foodie). Reading. Soft music. Management, marketing (my favorite area of interest), world politics, current affairs and economics. Sports - all kinds from cricket to tennis to football.

Learning Russian (I thought its an absurdly difficult language to learn initially))

Teach, Learn, Share

I can speak 5 languages (English, Russian, Hindi, Marathi, Konkani) and would like to learn atleast 1 more. I can teach one of these languages and learn a new language from you )) I am a decent cook and like to cook when I have spare time. Can teach Indian cooking if one is interested. I like to share and talk about world politics, current affairs, human psychology, marketing, people management, and any other topic thats fun))
