My personal philosophy of life is to be earthed, grounded, kind, generous, helpful, and aware of the people around me. It includes the importance of family and spirituality. I have been fortunate that the work I do, formed me to a belief of everyone is a leader and most importantly the tenant of servant leadership. .I have been blessed to see my crew grow and develop into the people they choose to be and more so they belief they have to pay it forward.
