ABOUT ME

I am an easy going guy who tries to live his life as positive as it is possible. Travelling helps me a lot in this case as it shows me really who I am, what I need and what kind of people I like. Travelling in a way you get to know the people and the culture of a country is the way I prefer, e.g. by bike, bus etc. Everything becomes more real in that way.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Surfing, surfing, surfing... Not that many people want to come to Bochum. In three different continents I have surfed so far and the experiences are all the time the same: simply great!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Not to describe, everyone was unique and lovely. Good conversations, hanging out, having dinner, cooking together and more. Couchsurfers are amazing.

Interests

Sports are my life. I play football since I am a boy, I cycle a lot and join every sport I can. Tried out to dive as well and started to paraglide last year. Hope to keep up with that and become better the next years.

Music, Movies, and Books

Action movies, movies, which show reality in an unvarnished way, martial arts, some german comedy movies... Not reading that much at the moment, but if, then i prefer thrilling stuff.Music; If i have to say which kind of music i started with it is pretty clearly german hip hop. But that`s years ago and I don´t like the current german hip hop thing. These times I am listening to many electro and minimal artists. To give you an idea of bands I like:
Daft Punk, Paul Kalkbrenner, Die Fantastischen Vier, De La Soul, Foo Fighters ...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cycled from Germany to Istanbul and the Black Sea Cost of Turkey. Lovely people, beautiful landscapes, adventure... everything I was looking for. I lived my dream for three months...
