Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I discovered couch surfing through a foreign friend that I met in India, she told me it is the best way to meet new people when you are a solo traveler but also a unique opportunity to see how people can be generous and welcoming. I am on couch surfing because I think it is the proper way to experience a new culture from the inside. I really look for authenticity and people who takes you to their favorite place when you visit a city or give you any kind of advice.
