ABOUT ME

Hi there! I'm new to couch surfing but really excited about it after hearing friends' stories of travels and wonderful hosts. Some of my friends actually became pretty good friends with their surfers or their hosts! I am a woman in my mid 20s. I'm easy-going and can strike up conversation with anyone. I love to explore new places or old places in new ways with friends or by myself. I can have a great time going out at night or staying in and doing fun stuff at home. I'm interested in many things but am pursuing healthcare as a career right now.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

A friend and I recently couch surfed with a really nice man in DC. That was my first experience as a couch surfer and it was great. I'm looking forward to meeting people and diving in to new places with this same spirit in the future. I'm also really excited about hosting surfers. My couch is long enough for a 5'8" person to sleep stretched out and not touch my head or feet to either end. Come on over!

classical guitar and I'm trying to learn how to learn Spanish guitar, visual art and performance, hiking and exploring the woods, swimming in the summer at pools, lakes, rivers, the beach, wherever! I love to read and to write. I also love to learn new skills. For example, I'm learning about herbal medicine, and sometimes use the internet to learn more American Sign Language and some introductory computer programming.
