I'm currently doing my year abroad in Paris, studying political sciences and humanities. I'm an open-minded and easy going person, and I love cultural exchanges especially through food! I grew up in the Midwest of the United States - Iowa - where I went to school across from a corn field... but then I've also lived in the concrete jungles of the Orient - Hong Kong. For the past years I've been based in Taipei for my studies.
I'm in love with nature, I love surfing, hiking, and anything outdoors! I also write a lot - I have a blog which I've been managing for about 2 years. Photography (especially film photography) is also another hobby of mine!

I love the outdoors - i surf a bit and hike a lot. I'm really sporty and active and would never say no to a trip to the mountains or the sea!
I also write a lot and have a blog on which i am trying to do storytelling with words and photos.

went into the secret undergrounds of Paris (with WW2 bunkers, quarries and ossuaries. a bit spooky but the biggest history lesson i've ever experienced!)

also, met the Pope in Vatican city's St. Peter's Basilica.
