I’m 33 and living in the South of Germany near Munich. Very close to here we have the Alps Mountains and I really like to be there for climbing, relaxing or enjoying the nice atmosphere. One of my hobbies is travelling in the different countries of the world. I like to experience the cultures and landscapes in all those different countries and take pictures of. Every country has other things to discover and enjoy. That’s what I’m looking for. And the best way is to stay in someone’s home, where you can get the best impression of that culture and hospitality.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The best way to experience the hospitality of a country is to stay in someone’s home. It’s a great way to meet new friends and being introduced to their country. And it’s a great thing if you can invite your new friends to your home and show them your country or city.

Interests

My biggest interest is aviation. I have a pilot’s license and I enjoy a lot flying here in Southern Germany, especially in the mountains. Moreover I’m working at the airport in Munich, where I can experience aviation and every day.
My second (biggest) interest is traveling. I’m travelling now since 1993 (still with my parents that time, but from 2000 I started to organize my trips on my own). I have seen a lot of countries so far and every time it’s a new adventure going somewhere. I like to see and live the world out there!
Another interest is Astronomy. I have a telescope at home and sometimes I’m looking for comets, planets or other interstellar objects. Of I just enjoy the view to the stars without a telescope or binocular.
Last but not least I like climbing in the mountains or just hiking there.
