Hi! I'm Rali. I love to draw, cook, eat , sometimes drink, have fun, give and accept sarcastic jokes, hear and tell embarrassing but funny personal stories and make unexpected friendships. I will try to be as good as a guest can be, and I'll hope for the same when I start hosting. I really want to have meaningful stays and have a chance to see the cultures not just as a tourist. If you're kind enough to host me I'll cook you a Bulgarian dish or Finnish cinnamon rolls, whatever you prefer. And I might draw you a portrait.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm Couchsurfing because I like seeing the culture from a more personal perspective. So getting to know someone from a certain country and maybe living in their home for a day or two can be a much stronger and meaningful experience than just going on a tour around the best tourist destinations. And I'll probably learn a lot more than if I stay at a hotel. I have always travelled because of camps or exchanges or seminars and so forth and in this case Couchsurfing gives me one more way to find friends from all over the world.

Interests

I really want to become a professional animator and some of my strongest inspirations for that are Perfect Blue, pretty much everything from studio Ghibli, Gravity falls and Over the garden wall. I love reading webcomic and manga. Some of my favourite titles are Best friends forever, Death note, Berserk, Tripping over you, 19 days and others. I also draw comic, one of my longest is Tea reflection. I love watching stand up comedy and right now I watch mainly British and Australian comedians, but I love any comedy from anywhere as long as it's good. I really enjoy movies, most any kind, one of my favourites is Harold and Maude. Also really like Korean crime movies.

I can teach you how to draw some stuff (a lot about how to make a comic/manga), also a bit of storytelling techniques, some composition and teach you some Bulgarian and some Finnish swear words. I would love to learn more about different cuisines, underground movies from your country and well something only you can teach me (:

I can draw you a portrait, help you draw something. Cook you dinner (a Bulgarian dish or Finnish pastries). Teach you some Bulgarian. Talk with you about movies, comic or any visual art for hours and hours.
