PHILOSOPHY

Enjoy life in all of its varieties.I don't want to feel fear and if i do i want to find a ways to cope with it as soon as I can.We need to be more present and to experience the moment while it is happening not afterwords. In yoga they said breath now you cant postpone it for later.life is the same way live now and enjoy and take all this beauty around.

my jam is fashion,sewing and creating your own clothes.i am addicted to yoga.I love painting,reading psychological and self-improvement books,I love art and all forms of beauty.good conversations and fresh ideas with a sparkle in them.Did I mention dancing and good food and wine.
