Hi I'm Ralph, born and raised in the Philippines and about 12 years old forced to migrate to the lovely USA (which I now call home) in the hope to gain a better life. But who said that a more comfortable life is that easy to achieve. Nothing great is achieved by not breaking a sweat. So after high school I joined the US Navy to save money and get the benefit of free school after a term of service. The profession, although stressful, had opened alot of doors to things I have never knew exist. It was in the service that first gave me the opportunity to travel, & that's where my itch for travelling started.

I love the outdoors.
I love reading books, if I have plenty of time, of an array of subjects from scientific to self help, to travelling, anything that will expand my knowledge of anything about this beautiful planet we are living in. So with that I do believe, that my mission is to maintain this earth, a habitable place. I'm working my way to getting a degree in Environmental Engineer, but I'm currently a Clinical Laboratory Technician.
