Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Trying to find many different ways to enjoy life; meeting new people is the foundation to build upon.
ABOUT ME
I was born and raised in a tiny village in North Yorkshire, England. It was the type of place where people say "good morning" to complete strangers whilst walking their dogs. I live in London now and often get odd looks for doing the same here.
I don't like trying to sum myself in a box, it feels too forced. I will say that I am a very open person and if we meet for a few days it will probably feel like we've known each other for years.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
After a few amazing experiences of CS kindness in America I am keen to host some people in London, offer you a cup of tea and have a good chat.
MEMORABLE COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
In Edwardsville, Illinois, a man named Glenn slept on his sofa next to his front door so he could hear us arriving at 0530 and let us into his home. That was pretty heartwarming.
Interests
I like a lot of sports, most things can offer some adrenaline. When I'm back up north I enjoy mountain biking and I enjoy powerlifting 4 times a week.
As is probably the case with all couch surfers I spend a lot of time with my friends. I love getting involved in big debates and pretending as if I know what I'm talking about.
I love comedy, especially stand-up.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In 2011, my cousin and I cycled from Los Angeles to New York in 6 weeks. That's what led me to CS.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to pick a lock with two paperclips and how to sharpen a knife with a whetstone.
