About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To rediscover the constructive curiosity I had around 5th grade...
ABOUT ME
One of my best friends once told me: "Ralu, I know many people, but no one like you. You're not better, you're not worse, you're just... different". I totally agree with that, even though now I probably seem much more close to the stereotypical "normal" person than a few years ago. I love to listen to people who live to the full, who've done interesting things in their life or who've been around for quite a while, thing that brought them the classical wisdom.
PHILOSOPHY
I think traveling, meeting a lot of people with very different backgrounds and exploring all sorts of different things are the best ways of developing yourself as a person.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I like to help people of this world get to know it even better, by sharing my knowledge about certain places and in different domains.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've started using CS seven years ago. However, I've used HC (Hospitality Club; exactly the same idea, less user-friendly site) for a couple of years before that. Most of the experiences I had were memorable (in a positive way).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Until this point, I would say it's a tie between a volcano eruption during the night, Iguazu Falls and Perito Moreno glacier for the "most spectacular thing I've seen" category. The most amazing thing I've done? Going by train in Bombay at rush hour. What an experience...
