Hi, I am a mechanical engineer working in the rail vehicle industry. I'm an empty nester, with kids grown up and on their own. I'm working full time and travel when I get a chance. I like reading, hiking, camping, running, biking, etc. -- in general staying fit mentally and physically.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am interested in traveling the world, and interacting with people from all backgrounds, ages, and cultures -- as a host as well as as a guest. I love the idea of couchsurfing and since signing up on this site in 2018, I have met some great people.
