About Me
My profile isn't up to date.
--------
Belgian and rambling fiddler, traveller, ethnomusicologist, video producer, harpsichord and organ tuner, and coffee-lover!
I lived for two years and half in Ireland before leaving for a trip to Nepal, the first of a long musical adventure around the globe!
I travel with my 5-strings violin and it is often thanks to it that I meet so many awesome people! Music is very important to me!
I have a Master in Ethnomusicology from the University of Limerick, a Master in Applied Communication from IHECS in Brussels and I also have studied jazz violin in Antwerpen for one year.
You can also have a look at my YouTube channel :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have hosted a few couchsurfers when I was in Ireland because I just loved to show my city and all the great things to do.
Now that I am the one traveling around, it just makes sense to meet and connect with people living in the place I'm staying in. Especially with the couchsurfing community as we're all great people :D
That's also the best way for me to get recommendations regarding what to do, together or alone, and where to go next. And well... the more I spare by not paying for accommodation, the longer I will be able to travel!

Music, Movies, and Books
I love many musical genres but I like instrumental music... which is something quite wide haha !
Let's say... Jazz (old or not too messy Jazz), Trad and folk, Classical (I tune harpsichords and organs after all!), reggae, indie folk-pop (like Kings of Convenience!), some Funk and Soul, and... Well, just turn on the music or grab that guitar and let's jam!
Yes I watch films and read books... I'll update this someday :D
Like right now I've just started to read Shogun and it's so great!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Many amazing things :D But if I must write one...
I've built an awesome electric violin all by myself when I was 17 y.o.!
